Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on Paul Huff Parkway received a score of 69.
Inspectors found a moldy whole tomato in the walk-in closet.
They noticed a strong leak from a handwashing sink faucet and flies all over the kitchen.
Health inspectors also discovered grilled onions and steak in an open cooler at 45°F.
Lastly, they found an employee in food prep not changing their gloves or washing their hands after regularly rubbing their face or adjusting their eyeglasses.
